All illustrations come with solid or gradient color backgrounds unless discussed otherwise

Pricing

Payment
Full payment is required upfront before starting. No refunds are allowed after work has been started.All payments are in USD and can be made through Stripe or PaypalThe pricing will be dependent on the complexity of the commission, such as poses, subject type, outfits, backgrounds, etc. An invoice will be sent once the commission details are mutually agreed upon.

Commissions Process

Time
The amount of time needed will depend on the complexity of the illustration. This can range anywhere from 2 weeks to 2 months or more, depending on the complexity of the illustration. An estimated time will be given after initial discussionsWeekly status updates will be providedIf a specific deadline is needed, please let me know. A rushed commission may require an extra upcharge.

Workflow
Please provide clear references, such as poses, outfits, facial expressions, lighting, color palette, or anything else crucial to the final outcome.

Process and edits
Sketch Phase
    3 Sketches will be provided to the client
    1 major revision is included
Color Phase
    2 minor revisions are included
Render
     One minor color revision is included

Rights

The work may not be used for any NFT, AI, or machine learning purposes.Client
The client has non-transferable usage rights to the illustration for personal use (pfp, banners, non-monetized streams). Displays must include credit to the artistThe work may not be modified in any way without permission from the artistAny watermarks or signatures may not be removed. The work may not be posted without creditArtist
The artist retains copyright, ownership, redistribution and intellectual property rights, which includes posting the work and work in progress in displays, advertising, and social media.A private commission may require an upcharge.Commercial
If the client intends to profit from the artwork, commercial rights are required.This includes :   - usage in anything monetized, such as streams, videos, etc (ex: twitch, youtube, or spotify)   - items (ex: prints, merch, etc) intended for selling or distribution   - usage for branding
